Mobile Tyre Technician (Nights)
Do you enjoy being out, working on the road? We are looking for a Mobile Tyre Technician to service our Warrington area overnights. Working nights (shifts typically between 7pm - 6am).
The Opportunity
Every shift is different as you will be out on the road, working at customers premises and completing tyre related roadside breakdowns. As a Mobile Service Technician, you will be part of a team where you will play an integral role in ensuring we meet the highest standards of safety and customer satisfaction. You will also get to deliver our mobile service in the comfort of our state of the art VW service vehicle!
Location: Aldershot & surrounding
Working hours: 40 hours per week on a night shift basis (4 days, 10 hour shifts), plus on call rota for out of hours.
Responsibilities
- As our Mobile Service Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Working nights (shifts typically between 7pm - 6am)
- Competent delivery of core fast fit products and services (car, van, 4x4)
- Regular service, maintenance and repair work including roadside breakdowns
- Stock management
- Vehicle diagnostics
- Following our Life Saving Rules, ensuring Health & Safety in everything that we do
- Use your current skills and knowledge and drive your career forward with Michelin’s biggest brand
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience of working in a similar Technician role (Mechanic/Vehicle Technician etc.)
- IMI level 2 Qualification (or above) is desirable
- Current and valid R.E.A.C.T card (desirable)
- Knowledge of area of responsibility (desirable)
- Full UK Driving Licence
