ATS Euromaster has an excellent opportunity for a Centre Manager to lead our team in Wigton. The Opportunity: You’ll engage, develop and manage the performance of the team. In addition, you will be accountable for the point of sale (POS) budget, achievement of KPI’s and objectives in order to maximise sales and enhance profitability. You will have a proven track record in a similar role, be an open and friendly leader with outstanding levels of communication and customer focus. As our Centre Manager, you will be responsible for: * The management, development and performance of your team, leading them in the delivery of excellent service to our customers * Achieving agreed performance measures and objectives, maximising sales opportunities and growth of the POS * Be accountable for the implementation of our Life Saving Rules, ensuring Health & Safety across all POS activities * Delivering the required technical aspects of the role, where required, which could include the fitment of Tyres and Service, Maintenance and Repair products and services * Creating a working environment free of bullying, harassment, victimisation and unlawful discrimination, promoting dignity and respect for all, and where individual differences and the contributions of all staff are recognised and values * Use your current skills and knowledge and drive your career forward with Michelin’s biggest brand.
