ATS Euromaster in Oxford are looking for a Vehicle Service Technician to join our customer‑focused team. In this 40 hour per week role (no Sunday shifts), you will be crucial in delivering exceptional Service, Maintenance, and Repair (SMR). Your commitment to producing quality work and accurate Digital Vehicle Health Checks (DVHCs) will help uphold our vehicle safety standards. As a qualified Vehicle Service Technician, you will be a vital part of the team, delivering the core fast‑fit products and services ATS Euromaster offers. You will work closely with the Point of Sale (POS) team to meet customer needs and achieve targets.

  • Fitting car and van tyres.
  • Performing wheel alignment services.
  • Battery fitment and testing.
  • Air conditioning re‑gas services.
  • Full brake servicing.
  • Steering and suspension work.
  • Conduct detailed tyre inspections and complete Digital Vehicle Health Checks (DVHC).
  • Clearly advise customers on maintenance needs and upsell suitable products.
  • Adhere strictly to all Health & Safety procedures.
  • Ensure the workshop is kept tidy, clean, and organised.
  • A full, valid UK driving licence is essential.
  • Previous experience delivering a range of fast‑fit products and services.
  • An IMI Level 2 (or above) qualification is preferred.
  • Customer service experience.
