HR Business Partner at ATS Euromaster & Tructyre
As Webmaster, you will support the Ecommerce Business Manager in the management of the ATS Euromaster and Tructyre websites as well as assisting with online marketing campaigns.
You will provide an online customer experience and proposition that maximises sales and is in line with ATS Euromaster’s and Tructyre’s positioning and mission.
In addition, you will support the customer relations teams as the first point of contact for internet related customer queries and complaints.
This role is to cover maternity and will be offered on a fixed term basis until October 2026 on a hybrid working basis, working a minimum of 2 days in our head office in Aston.
Key responsibilities include:
● Supporting the delivery of UK eCommerce revenue plan.
● Assisting with the implementation of an effective online marketing plan to drive traffic to ATS Euromaster and Tructyre websites and increase awareness of the ATS Euromaster and Tructyre brands.
● Deploy a social media content plan and work with the Marketing team and Digital Marketing agencies to optimise traffic generation opportunities.
● Managing online marketing agencies regarding the implementation of online marketing campaigns.
● Updating and maintenance of website and online shop content using Content Management Systems.
● Working closely with the eBusiness and digital marketing agencies and using analytic tools. Determine the requirement for changes and enhancements to corporate and eShop websites to drive visits and sales opportunities.
● Responsible for shaping and deploying the day-to-day content for corporate and eShop websites including monthly changes, banners, images, copy, liaison with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
The person:
● Experience of copywriting for websites, blog posts and social media.
● Working with and managing external agencies.
● IT Skills – good Microsoft Office and Google skills. Knowledge of website content management systems.
● Communication – effective communication to build strong relationships with colleagues through active listening, verbal, non-verbal, written and presentational skills.
● Creativity – ability to think outside of the box and come up with ideas that challenge assumptions. A mindset of curiosity, risk taking, and a willingness to embrace ambiguity and uncertainty.
