Atrom Mindcare is building the next generation of mental healthcare delivery. We are a UK based Mental Healthcare provider operating at the intersection of NHS, insurance, and private care, with a clear thesis: that mental healthcare can be delivered more thoughtfully, more efficiently, and at a higher quality than the legacy systems most of the sector still relies on. We are now looking for a Senior Engineering Lead to help us build the platform that makes this possible.

What we are building:

  • Uses AI thoughtfully — to augment clinical and administrative judgement, not replace it
  • Maintains rigorous audit trails and meets the highest standards of healthcare data protection
  • It’s a role where you help define what we are building, then make it real.
  • Quality and standards — establishing how we build, test, secure, and ship
  • Healthcare context — understanding what makes clinical software different from generic SaaS
  • Working with founders — directly with the CEO (operational strategy) and Clinical Director (medical reality)

You will inherit some good foundations: existing infrastructure, a working prototype, clear strategic direction.

You have delivered platform-scale software before (not just features within someone else's platform).

You are comfortable with Microsoft Power Platform, Azure services, and modern integration architectures — or you have built equivalent capability on adjacent stacks and are happy moving into ours.

You understand AI as a tool you have actually deployed in production, not a buzzword.

You communicate clearly in writing (we are remote-async-first).

Competitive salary — we will match the market for the right person at this level.

Remote-first flexibility — work when and where you work best.

Growth opportunity — as Atrom grows, this role grows with it.

We specialise in outpatient mental health, including ADHD and ASD assessment and treatment, delivered through both NHS Right to Choose and private channels. We are growing rapidly, operating in a market where demand vastly outstrips quality supply, and we are investing in our platform because we believe technology done right is how mental healthcare moves forward.
