The Opportunity
This is a high-impact executive growth role responsible for shaping and delivering Atrom Mindcare’s national partnerships strategy. Priority focus areas include:
- NHS & Commissioned Services (Primary Focus)
- Expand NHS contracting and RTC pathways
- Build senior relationships within Integrated Care Systems (ICS)
- Secure sustainable, multi-year commissioning agreements
- Position Atrom as a trusted specialist delivery partner
- Private Medical Insurers
- Achieve and expand insurer recognition nationally
- Negotiate commercially strong reimbursement structures
- Increase insured referral volumes and pathway value
- Other corporate partnerships
- Develop relationships and partnerships with other corporates
Key Accountabilities
- Design and execute a multi-year Partnerships & Market Expansion Strategy
- Secure high contracted revenue growth
- Build a robust national opportunity pipeline
- Lead high-value commercial negotiations
- Provide executive-level market insight to the Exec team
- Ensure growth aligns with clinical quality and operational capacity

- Senior healthcare commercial or partnerships leadership experience
- Proven success securing high-value NHS or healthcare contracts
