Our clinic delivers specialist neurodevelopmental assessments, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) assessments for adults, with a strong emphasis on evidence-based practice, clinical integrity, and patient-centred care.
Role Overview
We are seeking a suitably qualified and HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist to conduct comprehensive adult ASD assessments. The role involves face-to-face assessments near Epping, with flexibility for remote scoring, formulation, and report writing. This post is ideal for an experienced clinician who values high diagnostic standards and compassionate, neuro-affirmative practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive adult ASD diagnostic assessments in line with NICE guidance and best practice.
- Use recognised diagnostic tools and frameworks (e.g. ADOS-2, ADI-R, clinical interviews, collateral histories).
- Complete detailed developmental histories and psychosocial assessments.
- Formulate diagnostic conclusions and provide clear, evidence-based feedback to patients.
