SUMMARY
Performs routine custodial and general maintenance of the facility. Normally works under supervision; after hours may be required to work independently.
EDUCATION/LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS
High School diploma or equivalency certificate (e.g. GED, HiSET, TASC Test) from an accredited institution or governmental unit preferred. Current Massachusetts Driver's License (Class III) is preferred.
EXPERIENCE
One year of related experience preferred. Education beyond high school may count toward experience.
SKILLS
Knowledge of general cleaning required.
