Atrium EMEA are looking for several Clinical Supply Chain Managers to support a Global Pharmaceutical client in Uxbridge, on a Trial Supplies programme. These roles are all PAYE for 6 months, with 50% onsite work required. Previous Pharmaceutical experience is required alongside global drug development process/regulations.

Essential:

  • Pharma industry related experience.
  • Clinical Supplies/Development with global experience or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of the global drug development process and global regulatory requirements.
  • Proficient and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills as well as project management.
  • Forecasting and planning as well as manufacturing, packaging & labelling, IVRS, logistics, quality and/or stability.
  • Understanding of import/export requirements.
  • Knowledge of IVRS and CTMS systems is helpful.
  • Applies and drives forecasting and planning activity as it relates to protocol.
  • Ability to build/drive internal team consensus.
  • Translates broad strategies into specific objectives and action plans.
  • Conflict resolution (manages disagreements).
  • Negotiation (manages execution, results driven, analysis of issues, effective speaking, builds relationships).
  • Influencing (manages influencing others).
  • Coaching and mentoring (fosters teamwork).
