This newly created role will support the Account Director, Creative, and serve as a critical link between our internal teams, client stakeholders, and PAYE workforce. What You’ll Do:

  • Manage day-to-day operations across multiple HR and workforce administration processes.
  • Build strong relationships with client managers, freelancers, and internal teams.
  • Support hiring managers and suppliers throughout the contingent labour/ non-employee lifecycle - from requisition creation to onboarding and offboarding.
  • Maintain accurate records in Atrium’s HRIS (eg. Bullhorn, Avionte etc.), timekeeping systems, and client FMS tools (eg. Worksuite, Worksome, YunoJuno, Lifted etc.).
  • Monitor compliance with HR/payroll regulations and program SLAs.
  • Diagnose and resolve client concerns, escalating as needed with leadership support.
  • Facilitate offboarding, including terminations, documentation updates, and communication with HR.
  • Participate in regular client and internal meetings to drive program goals and ensure alignment.
  • Support programme adoption, communications, and operational consistency across engagements.
