About the Roles
- Support transaction processing and cash/fund transfer operations, ensuring accurate execution and timely resolution of client inquiries.
- Contribute to process improvements and assist junior colleagues in their development.
- Associate – Corporate Actions Representative: Capture and process corporate action data, correspond with clients, and work to tight market-driven deadlines. Utilise multiple systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency in transaction processing.
- Senior Associate – Corporate Actions Team Leader: Lead a small team, manage corporate action workflows, ensure accuracy of data, and act as a client-facing point of contact while driving process improvements. Responsible for fund administration tasks including transaction monitoring, reconciliation, and responding to client fund queries. Participate in testing, procedural updates, and process optimisation initiatives. Supervise a small team within Fund Dealing, manage daily operations, coordinate reconciliations, and oversee trade processing. Provide guidance and ensure operational excellence in all BAU tasks.
- Associate – Client Services: Provide operational support and client interaction across multiple channels, ensuring high service standards. Support team processes, data integrity, and resolution of complex client inquiries.
- Senior Specialist – Operations Client Service Representative: Serve as a technical expert on complex transactions, providing guidance to team members and clients. Drive process improvements, monitor team efficiency, and ensure accurate delivery of operational solutions.
Key Responsibilities (Across Roles)
- Process client transactions with precision, accuracy, and timeliness.
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve operational issues professionally.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and operational efficiency.
- Support or lead small teams, providing coaching, guidance, and knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to testing, procedural updates, and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications
- Experience in financial services operations, wealth operations, or client services preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to work under deadlines.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, data manipulation) and other systems.
- Teamwork mindset with strong communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adopt new tools, including AI-enabled solutions.
- High school/secondary education required; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
