We are hiring multiple Vice President (VP) and Senior Vice President (SVP) professionals across three key areas: Client Reporting & Investor Services, Client Onboarding & Enablement, and Risk & Compliance.

About the Roles:

We are seeking experienced Vice Presidents and Senior Vice Presidents to lead key functions across Client Reporting, Investor Services, Client Onboarding, and Risk & Compliance within our wealth and financial services operations. Each role will drive strategic initiatives in its area, enhancing client experiences, improving operational efficiency, and strengthening governance and compliance frameworks across the organization. These positions offer senior leaders the opportunity to shape functional strategy, influence enterprise outcomes, and deliver measurable impact.

  • VP – Client Enablement Manager (Client Onboarding & Enablement): Lead end-to-end onboarding programmes, managing client implementations, optimising onboarding journeys, and improving processes and data flows. This role is highly strategic, with a strong focus on client experience and operational efficiency.
  • VP – Shareholder Services / Investor Reporting (Client Reporting & Investor Services): Own client reporting operations and service delivery. Act as a senior client contact while driving accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement across investor reporting functions.
  • SVP – Billing Manager: Lead billing operations, including controls, pricing oversight, and revenue protection. Manage team performance, resolve complex client issues, and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and prevent revenue leakage.
  • SVP – Control Manager / Client Asset Safety (CASS) (Risk & Compliance): Oversee client asset controls and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks (CASS). Lead governance, reporting, and risk mitigation while acting as a key SME for regulatory initiatives and audits.
  • VP – Corporate Actions (Client Reporting & Investor Services): Manage corporate actions operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing, regulatory compliance, and high-quality client service. Lead team performance and drive operational improvements.
  • VP – Data Quality (Data Steward) (Risk & Compliance): Take ownership of data governance and data quality frameworks. Monitor and resolve data issues, ensure data integrity, and act as a key escalation point for data-related risks and controls.
  • VP – Business Continuity & Incident Management (Risk & Compliance): Lead resilience planning, business continuity testing, and incident management. Support global teams in ensuring operational readiness and regulatory compliance during disruptions.
  • VP – AML / Sanctions Manager (Risk & Compliance): Oversee sanctions monitoring and AML controls. Manage a team, ensure compliance with UK and global regulations, and provide expert guidance on financial crime risk and legislative impact.

Key Responsibilities (Across Roles):

  • Lead strategic initiatives across client services, onboarding, and control functions
  • Act as a senior contact for key clients, delivering a high-touch experience
  • Collaborate across Operations, Technology, Risk, and Wealth teams
  • Strengthen control frameworks and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Drive process improvement, efficiency, and innovation (including digital and AI tools)
  • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in financial services (wealth, asset servicing, or operations)
  • Proven leadership experience (particularly for SVP roles)
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Expertise in relevant domains (onboarding, reporting, billing, AML, CASS, data, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks (FCA, AML, CASS)
  • Degree or equivalent experience (advanced certifications are a plus)
