Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join our Change Management team to support the Deputy Head of Business Change with the delivery of change initiatives at Atrium. Experience within the Insurance/Lloyd's market is desirable.
Description
- Elicit and validate business requirements through stakeholder engagement.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories/features/epics and measurable acceptance criteria.
- Analyse and map ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ business processes.
- Regular updates/escalation to Deputy Head of Business Change.
- Support project teams in developing solutions aligned to business needs.
- Spend time with business change requestors to understand the objectives of any change and positively challenge processes, solutions, and test plans.
- Collaborate with IT and business units to ensure smooth implementation.
- Assist with testing activities, including planning, coordination, and support of User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Track and report progress against Change milestones.
- Support go-live, business readiness and warranty period.
