Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and solving complex customer problems?

Our client, a global pharmaceutical organisation, is looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their Sales Order Management & Customer Excellence Team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a fast-paced, highly regulated environment supporting healthcare professionals, pharmacies, customers and internal stakeholders across the UK.

This is more than a traditional customer service role. You will become a trusted customer advocate, managing enquiries, complaints and escalations while working closely with Supply Chain, Commercial and Operations teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, healthcare professionals and internal colleagues
  • Manage customer enquiries via telephone and email
  • Investigate and resolve complex complaints and escalations
  • Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
  • Support order management and customer account queries
  • Work cross-functionally to deliver effective customer solutions
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and procedures
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintain accurate records and order processing activities

What We're Looking For

  • Experience handling complaints, escalations and difficult customer conversations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and systems simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and compliance mindset
  • Experience in order processing, customer accounts or supply chain environments is highly desirable
