Role

Atrium is looking for an experienced Credit Control Manager with an understanding of the Lloyd's Market to help manage Atrium’s Inwards and Outwards Credit Control and Internal Broker.

Description

  • Lead Atrium’s Internal Broker Services proposition, including working closely with Underwriting Teams, Compliance, Claims and Finance departments.
  • Lead the collection of Inwards premium for Syndicate 2026.
  • Liaise with brokers where required to reduce exposure and potential to bad debt and lead the issuance of Notice of Cancellation (NOC) performed by the wider Operations department.
  • Manage the collection of Inwards premium for Binding Authorities written through Atrium’s AUGold platform for Syndicate 609.
  • Work closely with Atrium’s Outwards RI department to manage the collection of Outwards debt and credit risk.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Build effective relationships with Underwriting Teams across Atrium along with monitoring the performance of Velonetic (DXC).
  • Liaise with the Actuarial department to agree Ultimate Premium projections for Syndicate 2026.
  • Attend Atrium’s Binder Management Forum (BMF) and Financial Risk Sub-Committee (FRSC), and escalate material issues.
