Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join our Change Management team to support the Deputy Head of Business Change with the delivery of change initiatives at Atrium. Experience within the Insurance/ Lloyd's market is desirable.

Opportunities Description

  • Elicit and validate business requirements through stakeholder engagement.
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories/ features/ epics and measurable acceptance criteria.
  • Analyse and map ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ business processes.
  • Regular updates / escalation to Deputy Head of Business Change.
  • Support project teams in developing solutions aligned to business needs.
  • Spend time with business change requestors to understand the objectives of any change and positively challenge processes, solutions, and test plans.
  • Collaborate with IT and business units to ensure smooth implementation.
  • Assist with testing activities, including planning, coordination, and support of User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Track and report progress against Change milestones.
  • Support go-live, business readiness and warranty period.
