Job Description \n Medical Information Customer Experience Specialist with Dutch - Surrey \n Atrium is recruiting for a Medical Information Customer Experience Specialist with fluent Dutch to join a leading global pharmaceutical organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a Life Sciences or Healthcare background who are passionate about customer experience and supporting healthcare professionals, patients and caregivers. This is a PAYE 6 months role, 37hrs per week, onsite work 50% \n * Respond to medical and product enquiries via phone, email, webforms and live chat \n * Research and provide accurate medical information using approved resources \n * Deliver a high-quality customer experience in both Dutch and English \n * Accurately document enquiries and responses in line with regulatory requirements \n * Identify and report adverse events and product quality complaints \n * Support continuous improvement initiatives and wider Medical Information activities \n * Collaborate with international colleagues to ensure a consistent customer experience \n Essential: \n * Native/fluent-level Dutch (C2) and fluent English \n * Degree in Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Biomedical Science, Life Sciences, Nursing, Healthcare or a related discipline \n * Strong communication and customer service skills \n * Ability to understand and communicate scientific information clearly \n * Strong attention to detail and documentation skills \n * Desirable: Experience in processing Medical Information.
