Oracle HCM Compensation Benefits Consultant - £600 per day (umbrella rate)
Contract Duration: 6-12 months
Location: Remote Onsite: London/Manchester (key meetings)
Must be a UK National with a minimum of 5 years' residency in the UK.
Atrium (EMEA) are supporting a large managed service provider seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Compensation Benefits Consultant to support a major HR transformation programme, covering all aspects of HR best practice, including performance management, workforce capability, and skills development.
Essential Requirements:
- Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Compensation Benefits
- Expertise in configuring salary structures, incentive programmes, and compensation cycles
- Experience with Workforce Compensation Plans, Total Compensation Statements, and eligibility profiles
- Advanced knowledge of Fast Formulas for complex compensation calculations
- Hands-on experience with HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, and BI Publisher
- Strong understanding of integrations with Payroll, Core HR, and Absence Management
- Experience working on HR transformation and Oracle HCM implementation projects
Desirable:
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and third-party system integrations
- Oracle HCM certification
