Atrium EMEA is looking for an accomplished TA Onboarding Lead to support with business analysis and project management deliverables across the Transfer Agency and Fund Accounting space.

You will manage the multi-Jurisdictional onboarding for a large EMEA client, in the areas of TA/Transfer agency and FA/Fund Accounting.

  • Lead the business analysis and project delivery/project management
  • Manage project planning
  • Build out the operating model
  • Deliver the operating model
  • Some Non-standard/New process implementations
  • Participation in meetings and co-ordination of file delivery and data content queries
  • Working with internal Product (including Technical), Operational and Project Lead resources
  • Co-ordinating with internal & external resources regarding activity & queries
  • Good understanding of Back Office functions (Transfer Agency and Fund Accounting) in EMEA - essential
  • Stakeholder management
  • BA/PM hybrid role
  • Manage the onboarding of this new client
  • Working with the test teams to plan the next layer of detail around test management
  • Some travel to Dublin and London
  • 4 days onsite in Manchester
