Contract Role - Client Activation Operations Analyst - Manchester/Hybrid - 12 months initial - Inside IR35
We are looking for proactive and detail-oriented Client Activation Operations Analyst/Client Onboarding Administrator/Client Services Administrator/Banking Operations Analyst/Account Opening Specialist/Financial Services Administrator/Client Activation Specialist/Operations Associate to join our client's team. There are three positions available, supporting the processing and operational side of client account activation.
This is a Back Office processing role rather than a client-facing position. You will be responsible for supporting the opening, maintenance, and closure of client accounts, ensuring requests are processed accurately and efficiently.
The ideal candidates will have strong IT skills, excellent written communication, and the ability to work independently while learning new systems and processes.
Role Overview:
- Job Title: Client Operations Analyst 108571/107562/108129
- Location: Manchester/Hybrid (4 days onsite per week)
- Contract Type: Contract
- Duration: 12 months initial
- Rate: PAYE (inclusive of holiday): £30 per hour Inside IR35
Key Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, administration, banking operations, or financial services is desirable.
- Strong IT skills and confidence learning new systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly professional email writing.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks proactively.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to prioritise workload and deliver results within deadlines.
- Previous client-facing experience is desirable but not essential.
- Experience in account opening, client onboarding, or financial operations would be an advantage
