Atrium EMEA are supporting a large managed service provider, looking for an Oracle HCM Consultant with strong experience in Workforce Management, Absence Management, and Time & Labor to support solution design, configuration, and delivery for Oracle HCM Cloud projects.
What You'll Do
- Configure and deliver Oracle HCM Workforce Management, Absence, and Time & Labor.
- Run workshops, gather requirements, and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Support testing, troubleshooting, and documentation.
- Work closely with client teams and technical stakeholders.
What You'll Need
- Hands on experience with Oracle HCM Workforce Management, Absence, and Time & Labor.
- Strong functional consulting and client facing skills.
- Ability to analyse requirements and deliver high quality configurations.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Oracle workflow scheduling.
