A leading global organisation is looking for a Cryptography Operations Analyst to join a specialist Cryptography Services function supporting critical security and banking platforms. This role is focused on the day-to-day operation, support and governance of enterprise cryptographic services, working closely with engineering, security and business stakeholders to ensure services remain secure, compliant and highly available.
Key Responsibilities
- Support enterprise cryptography services including PKI, certificate management and key management.
- Investigate and resolve incidents, problems and service issues relating to cryptographic services.
- Monitor service performance and support operational governance activities.
- Manage certificate life cycle activities including renewals, deployments and compliance reporting.
- Support change, release and implementation activities across cryptographic platforms.
- Work closely with security, infrastructure and engineering teams to ensure operational resilience.
- Produce and maintain operational documentation, procedures and support runbooks.
- Participate in service reviews, risk assessments and audit activities.
Required Experience
- Experience supporting PKI, certificate management or cryptographic services.
- Background in security operations, infrastructure, IAM or cyber security support.
- Experience working within regulated or enterprise environments.
- Strong incident, problem and change management experience.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with ITIL-based service management processes.
