Atrium EMEA is looking for an accomplished Programme Manager to support the planning and delivery across Luxembourg, Germany and the UK.
- Coordinate day to day implementation and delivery activities across country and platform teams.
- Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans, milestones and dependency views.
- Track progress against programme milestones and highlight delivery risks or slippage.
- Prepare status reporting, dashboards and forward looking insights for programme governance.
- Maintain RAID logs and support escalation with clear impact and mitigation options.
- Coordinate inputs from workstream PMs to provide a single, coherent programme view.
- Support management of regulatory, legal entity and country specific delivery considerations.
- Draft and support governance materials, including status packs and decision papers.
- Drive follow up on agreed programme actions and mitigations.
- Maintain delivery documentation and audit grade traceability.
- Participate in client and incumbent status calls and maintain shared tracking/governance documentation.
