We are currently hiring Fund Operations Associates to join a leading global financial services organisation in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with 1-3 years' experience in financial services operations who are looking to build a long-term career in fund operations, custody, and investment servicing.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting daily fund transaction processing across investment products
- Assisting with reconciliations, settlements, and cash break resolution
- Supporting corporate actions and fund lifecycle events
- Maintaining operational accuracy and control checks
- Working closely with internal teams to resolve client and operational queries
- Contributing to process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
We're looking for:
- 1-3 years' experience in fund operations, custody, asset servicing, or investment operations
- Exposure to reconciliations, settlements, or trade processing
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Good working knowledge of Excel (lookups, pivots preferred)
- Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
- Experience within banking, asset management, or financial services operations
Desirable (not essential):
- Fund administration or transfer agency exposure
- Corporate actions or securities lifecycle understanding
- Reconciliation tools or investment platforms
Additional requirements:
- Must have full, unrestricted right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available now or in future)
- Comfortable working 4 days onsite in Manchester
