Responsibilities and Qualifications

  • Fund accounting or/and transfer agency Investments/Investment, Financial services industry
  • End to end data testing leadership, owning Data test strategy, approach, and execution across system, integration, and reconciliation testing.
  • Strong understanding of data flows and dependencies, ensuring test coverage across upstream sources, transformations, and downstream consumers.
  • Test planning & governance expertise, including test scope, entry/exit criteria, defect triage, and reporting to programme leadership.
  • Hands on data validation capability, ability to use SQL and Excel to validate completeness, accuracy, reconciliations, and controls.
  • Cross team coordination skills, working closely with data delivery, engineering, business SMEs, and vendors to resolve issues.
  • Delivery focused mindset, balancing rigor with pragmatism to support parallel runs, cutover readiness, and go live confidence.
