In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Manage and maintain transaction processing activities across asset transfer capture and repair.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure accurate and timely execution of transactions.
- Address and resolve client inquiries related to transactions, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Support the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and controls.
- Share knowledge and provide guidance to less experienced team members to help them grow.

- Ability to work with precision and ownership in a high-volume environment.
- Clear, inclusive communication and a commitment to client service.
- Proactive problem-solving and willingness to learn new tools, including AI-enabled solutions.

- Experience in transaction management within financial services operations or wealth operations preferred.
