Strong data analysis skills to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and data quality issues and propose pragmatic resolutions. Clear documentation discipline, producing audit ready mapping specs, data dictionaries, and assumptions. Hands on data interrogation capability using SQL and advanced Excel; comfortable with file based and warehouse data. Effective stakeholder engagement, bridging business SMEs, data architects, and technology teams to clarify requirements. High attention to detail with delivery focus, understanding downstream impacts on reporting, SLAs, and operations.
