Job Description
Data Analytics Specialist – Multichannel – London
Atrium EMEA are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Data Analytics Specialist to join the Distribution Sales Channel/multi-channel team. This role is crucial in supporting the distribution sales channel partners by obtaining the right data sources, developing, and implementing comprehensive reports for business tracking. The Data Analytics Specialist will demonstrate proficiency in data analytics and be skilled at creating solutions from scratch. This is a 12mth PAYE role, paying £38.46ph. You will be required onsite 3 days a week in London office.
- Identify and obtain necessary data sources to ensure comprehensive data coverage for distribution business tracking. Both internal and external.
- Develop, implement, and maintain relevant reports that provide actionable insights for the distribution channel team on recurring and ad-hoc bases. Focus on creating scalable and automated reporting solutions that facilitate daily analysis. Identify information gaps, inconsistencies, and inaccuracies in current data systems and develop actionable strategies to address and resolve them.
- Utilize Google Notebooklm, Looker and other Google-related tools to extract, visualize, and present data effectively.
- Create strong connections between different data sources to ensure seamless data integration and accessibility.
- Design solutions that are automated to the greatest extent possible, ensuring process efficiency and simplification.
Essential:
- Background in Data Analytics
- Proficiency in Google Tools and Coding: Expertise in SQL language, Google Notebooklm, Looker and other Google-related tools such as Google Sheets, Google Data Studio, and Google BigQuery, as well as SQL.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyse complex data sets, identify patterns, trends, and insights that drive decision-making processes.
- Problem-Solving Aptitude: Capable of creating solutions from scratch, finding innovative ways to fill information gaps, and effectively tackling any issues that arise. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex data insights to stakeholders across various levels.
- Previous experience in a similar role supporting demand, product, sales or distribution channel teams.
- Familiarity with the distribution sales business landscape and related analytical processes. Demonstrated ability to work effectively both collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to perform well under time pressure (e.g., for troubleshooting and managing multiple priorities).
