Location: London/Birmingham/Remote ( Remote with Key Meetings in London (~1 a month)

Part of Synergy Integration workstream
Design, build and configure integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), aligned to agreed architecture and design standards
Produce high-quality functional and technical specifications, ensuring clear traceability from business requirements through to solution design
Develop and unit test integrations (APIs, orchestrations, file-based interfaces), including error handling, logging and performance considerations
Support SIT and UAT phases, resolving defects, managing fixes, and working closely with functional and technical teams to ensure stable end-to-end processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (ERP, HCM, Data, Reporting) to ensure seamless integration across the so
