An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced operations professional to join a leading global financial services organisation within its Corporate Actions team in Manchester. You will be responsible for managing and processing corporate actions data accurately, communicating with clients and ensuring transactions are completed within strict market deadlines.

This is a data-focused operational role requiring strong attention to detail, confidence using Excel and experience working with reconciliations, customer information and financial services systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Capture and validate corporate actions data received from multiple data providers
  • Process transaction and customer data accurately within strict market deadlines
  • Identify, investigate and correct data or processing errors
  • Perform data reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
  • Communicate with clients by email and telephone when required
  • Use multiple internal and bespoke systems to input, update and extract information
  • Maintain clear workflow notes and accurate audit trails
