Contract Role – Client Activation Operations Analyst – Manchester/Hybrid – 12 months initial – Inside IR35
We are looking for proactive and detail-oriented individuals to join our client's team. There are three positions available, supporting the processing and operational side of client account activation. This is a back-office processing role rather than a client-facing position. You will be responsible for supporting the opening, maintenance, and closure of client accounts, ensuring requests are processed accurately and efficiently.
The ideal candidates will have:
- Strong IT skills
- Excellent written communication
- The ability to work independently while learning new systems and processes
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, administration, banking operations, or financial services is desirable.
- Strong IT skills and confidence learning new systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly professional email writing.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks proactively.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
