Atrium EMEA is looking for an accomplished Client Servicing Executive with good client service skills and payments or treasury exposure. You will be servicing clients across Central and Continental Europe and will serve as the main contact for day-to-day client inquiries.
The Client Servicing Executive will manage different types of investigations including resolutions on specific products such as payments, trade or any other product/service issues. You will provide functional support to internal clients including data collection and preparing reports for AML/KYC compliance information on clients.
Onsite role 4 days a week in Manchester office, 1 day WFH.
Essential:- Direct Client Facing Experience within Financial Services
- Experience of correspondent banking or understanding of the payments product and life cycle
- Experience of discussing client digital solutions to clients
- Experience of working in a global team
- Must have experience of payments/trade/treasury
- Helping to resolve clients queries across a wide portfolio
- Work with Relationship Managers and Product teams
