Atrium EMEA is looking for an accomplished Labelling and Packaging Technician to work fully onsite in Moreton. You will be able to choose from two fixed patterns:
- Option A: Mon-Thurs: 7am to 3pm (2 x 20min breaks and 1 x 30min lunch) / Fri: 7am to 12pm (1 x 20min break)
- Option B: Mon-Thurs: 8.30am to 4.45pm (2 x 20min breaks and 1 x 30min lunch) / Fri: 8.30am to 12.30pm (1 x 20min break)
Responsibilities include:
- Start-up, execute, cleaning and completion of clinical trial packaging operations in accordance with appropriate Standard Operating Procedures.
- Primary packaging (bottle filling) of oral dosage forms using a range of equipment.
- Labelling and assembly of clinical trials supplies, including automated labelling and walleting equipment.
- Working independently and as part of a team on equipment or process projects.
- Control and monitor production process and equipment; resolve problems or correct abnormal conditions, conduct basic troubleshooting, and escalate problems appropriately.
- Develop and apply a working knowledge of relevant electronic systems, including SAP.
- Complete electronic batch documentation, equipment logbooks and other documentation relevant to all stages of production.
- Understand and follow GMP requirements and defined procedures to maintain the requirements of quality standards in the packaging environment.
- Work safely in the packaging environment, understanding personal responsibility for Health, Safety and the Environment and principles of risk management.
- Understand and comply with procedures relevant to COSHH.
- Participate in internal audits.
Essential:
- Experience of packaging and labelling environment in a GMP environment, preferably within clinical trials.
- Working knowledge in SAP.
- Basic knowledge of clinical trial operations.
