Atrium EMEA is looking for several Data Mapping Analysts to support the large scale client onboarding programme. This will involve extensive data review and mapping based on client requirements. The Data Mapping Analysts will be instrumental in working out what needs to be done with the data, what systems will be needed and then link the data together, to be able to deliver the report requests.
4 days onsite work required, 1 day WFH.
Responsibilities include:
- Be resilient and work through the data based on the report requests.
- Occasionally work out of hours and liaise with the developers in the US and the client across Europe.
- Take a requirement from client, use the data dictionary, be able to pushback where needed to get the right information, then investigate what data is available.
- Think logically and investigate where the data leads to and where it comes from.
- Raise data requests to the engineering teams regarding any builds/timelines.
Essential:
- Source to target data mapping expertise across complex datasets, including transformation rules, dependencies, and timing.
- Strong data analysis skills to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and data quality issues and propose pragmatic resolutions.
- Clear documentation discipline, producing audit ready mapping specs, data dictionaries, and assumptions.
- Hands on data interrogation capability using SQL and advanced Excel.
- Comfortable with file based and warehouse data.
- Effective stakeholder engagement, bridging business SMEs, data architects, and technology teams to clarify requirements.
- High attention to detail with delivery focus, understanding downstream impacts on reporting, SLAs, and operations.
