Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and commercially focused GTM Partner Sales Manager to join a high-performing Business Messaging Partnerships team. This role will support global technology partners in delivering go-to-market (GTM) strategies across EMEA and contribute directly to revenue growth through collaborative pipeline development. The ideal candidate will have experience in advertising, GTM strategy, or SaaS partner management, and will be comfortable working across global internal teams and external stakeholders to unlock commercial opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support go-to-market execution with global messaging partners across EMEA
  • Manage 5 - 7 strategic partners, acting as a regional point of contact
  • Collaborate closely with sales, policy, and cross-functional teams to remove blockers and scale adoption
  • Drive pipeline development, forecast performance, and contribute to strategic reporting
  • Join sales pitches to educate both internal teams and external partners on product capabilities
  • Relay feedback to global teams to inform strategy and partner enablement efforts
  • Contribute to special projects and commercial initiatives as required

Requirements:

  • 2 - 4 years’ experience in a partner-facing or go-to-market role
  • Proven track record in advertising, ad tech, or SaaS environments
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with business messaging platforms or B2B channel partnerships (preferred)
  • Proficient in internal reporting and CRM tools
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional and international environment
  • Ability to manage multiple partner relationships simultaneously and drive measurable results

Preferred Background:

  • Experience with consultative sales or managing commercial technology partnerships
  • Exposure to messaging, digital advertising, or platform ecosystem companies (e.g. Twilio, Salesforce, TikTok, etc.)
  • Demonstrated success supporting pipeline growth or market expansion in EMEA
