Atrium EMEA is looking for an accomplished Project Manager to support the complex jurisdictional planning across Luxembourg, Germany and the UK.

  • Coordinate day to day implementation and delivery activities across country and platform teams.
  • Proven delivery across complex, multi-jurisdiction back-office transitions, coordinating funds across the UK, Germany and Luxembourg with full asset servicing scope including custody, transfer agency, fund accounting, trustee and depositary.
  • Strong matrix management, building and governing integrated implementation plans by jurisdiction, including tri-party, client-facing and internal plans with aligned milestones, interdependencies and risk controls.
  • Data-driven delivery approach, shifting from static reporting to modern data delivery mechanisms and platform-led models to enhance client reporting and transparency.
  • Skilled at managing cross-workstream dependencies and risks, identifying plan disconnects, and resolving regulatory and legal issues outside product-specific streams.
  • Experienced in client take-ons and operating to tight timescales; confident presenter to senior client stakeholders, validating inputs across teams and providing clear escalation management.
  • Hands-on with programme hygiene: care logs, forward projections, and structured status management to keep complex transitions on track.
  • Exposure to FX overlay and the full range of asset servicing processes, enabling effective challenge and informed decision-making across workstreams.
  • Flexible for travel to Luxembourg on a monthly basis and able to work a collaborative hybrid model with significant on-site presence (four days per week).
