This newly created role will support the Account Director, Creative, and serve as a critical link between our internal teams, client stakeholders, and PAYE workforce. What You’ll Do: As a Senior Account Coordinator, you’ll manage day-to-day operations across multiple HR and workforce administration processes. Your responsibilities will include: Building strong relationships with client managers, freelancers, and internal teams. Supporting hiring managers and suppliers throughout the contingent labour/ non-employee lifecycle - from requisition creation to onboarding and offboarding. Maintaining accurate records in Atrium’s HRIS (eg. Bullhorn, Avionte etc.), timekeeping systems, and client FMS tools (eg. Worksuite, Worksome, YunoJuno, Lifted etc.) Monitoring compliance with HR/payroll regulations and program SLAs. Diagnosing and resolving client concerns, escalating as needed with leadership support. Facilitating offboarding, including terminations, documentation updates, and communication with HR. Participating in regular client and internal meetings to drive program goals and ensure alignment. Supporting programme adoption, communications, and operational consistency across engagements. You’ll thrive in this role if you: Have experience in account coordination with PAYE staffing agency workers, MSP/ RPO staffing provider program, PAYE payrolling.
