Qualifications
- Deep knowledge and experience with agile ways of working
- Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP) or Professional Scrum Master, or equivalent
- Confident and skilled at identifying and navigating through roadblocks / impediments
- Unafraid to “go to bat” for the team
- Communicates openly and effectively, resolving and managing conflicts while maintaining a positive environment.
- Demonstrates leadership traits such as integrity, emotional intelligence, and the ability to adapt to change.
- Inspires and motivates others, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
