    • Manage and harden browser configurations across platforms using tools such as Intune, Group Policy, MDM, and browser management consoles.
    • Implement and maintain browser security controls including extension governance, certificate management, authentication controls, and secure access policies.
    • Support browser-based identity and access integrations including SSO, SAML, OAuth, and related authentication mechanisms.
    • Partner with security and infrastructure teams to ensure browser configurations meet enterprise compliance and risk requirements.
    • Bring prior experience with secure enterprise browsers; direct Island Browser experience is strongly preferred.
  • Azure Virtual Desktop & Modern Workspace Engineering
    • Provide operational support and engineering expertise for Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop environments, including host pool administration, image management, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.
    • Help deliver a secure, high-performing modern workspace experience for enterprise users.
    • Support virtual desktop lifecycle activities such as provisioning, patching, monitoring, alerting, and environment optimization.
    • Contribute to the stability, scalability, and security of cloud-based end-user computing services.
  • Windows Endpoint & Core Infrastructure Support
    • Maintain Windows 10/11 endpoints and Windows Server environments, including patching, application deployment, performance tuning, and system health monitoring.
    • Support enterprise management capabilities across Intune, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, identity management, and related infrastructure services.
    • Troubleshoot complex end-user and platform issues across browser, endpoint, and virtual desktop layers.
    • Provide L2/L3 operational support for infrastructure and workspace services.
  • Automation & Operational Improvement
    • Develop and maintain PowerShell automation to streamline administrative tasks, improve compliance, and reduce manual effort.
    • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive operational workflows and improve service reliability.
    • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that reduce technical debt, improve performance, and enhance the end-user experience.
    • Explore practical uses of AI-driven operations and automation where they can improve efficiency, incident response, or system insights.

Required Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of experience in infrastructure engineering, IT operations, systems administration, or a related enterprise engineering role.
