This newly created role will support the Account Director, Creative, and serve as a critical link between our internal teams, client stakeholders, and PAYE workforce. What You’ll Do:
- Manage day-to-day operations across multiple HR and workforce administration processes.
- Build strong relationships with client managers, freelancers, and internal teams.
- Support hiring managers and suppliers throughout the contingent labour/non-employee lifecycle - from requisition creation to onboarding and offboarding.
- Maintain accurate records in Atrium’s HRIS (e.g. Bullhorn, Avionte etc.), timekeeping systems, and client FMS tools (e.g. Worksuite, Worksome, YunoJuno, Lifted etc.).
- Monitor compliance with HR/payroll regulations and program SLAs.
- Diagnose and resolve client concerns, escalating as needed with leadership support.
- Facilitate offboarding, including terminations, documentation updates, and communication with HR.
- Participate in regular client and internal meetings to drive program goals and ensure alignment.
- Support programme adoption, communications, and operational consistency across engagements.
