Music Publishing Partnerships Specialist, EMEA
Duration: 12 months
Location: London, UK
Working Hours: 9:00 – 18:00
Onsite Requirements: Hybrid – primarily based in London (Brook Street office). Remote flexibility may be possible depending on team arrangements.
Engagement Type: Via PAYE
Hourly Rate: £30.29 per hour (PAYE)

This is an exceptional opportunity to work at the intersection of music publishing and digital innovation, supporting high-level relationships with publishers, collection societies, and rights management hubs across the region.
Job Overview
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and enhancing partnerships within the music publishing sector. You will work cross-functionally to deliver marketing activations, partner engagement programmes, and data-driven insights, contributing to the client’s broader music strategy across EMEA.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage day-to-day relationships with EMEA-based music publishing partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver engagement initiatives and operational support.
- Coordinate marketing activations and prepare communication materials, newsletters, and presentations.
- Handle partner requests and troubleshoot content-related issues.
- Analyse and report on publishing data, music usage, and engagement metrics.
- Maintain CRM databases and ensure partner records are up to date.
- Organise events focused on publishing and songwriter engagement.
- Identify trends and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and partner programmes.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in digital music or music publishing, ideally with exposure to digital platforms.
- Proven experience managing external partner relationships.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Confident working with data, reporting, and analytics.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Understanding of social media platforms and creative best practices for music creators.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in music licensing or copyright management.
- Background in creative or marketing campaigns for social media.
- Proficiency in a second European language (e.g., French, German, or Spanish).
