Atrium EMEA is looking for an accomplished EMEA Benefits Admin to support regular benefits administrative tasks and projects spanning health and risk insurances, retirement, and voluntary benefits across EMEA with a focus on UK, Ireland & Poland. You will be required onsite 4 days a week, with 1 day remote. Polish speaking is an advantage.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing benefits in some EMEA countries, acting as the primary point of contact, managing renewals and vendor management.
- Monitoring and managing shared benefit inboxes, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Supporting UK, Ireland & Poland benefits administration, including coordination with vendors, payroll and pension providers.
- Processing and managing UK, Ireland & Poland benefits and pension related invoices.
- Supporting the benefits annual enrolment process by testing the Flex platform, updating enrolment materials and coordinating onsite events.
- Reviewing and maintaining benefits communication materials across various internal platforms.
- Supporting the development and maintenance of benefit policies, processes and systems to improve consistency and efficiency.
- Analysing monthly vendor and payroll reports, summarising information as requested.
- Collaborating with vendors, People Team, Finance and wider business stakeholders.
- Providing third party governance support and management.

- Attention to detail, critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.

- Highly collaborative team player.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and roll up sleeves to “go figure it out.”
