Atrium EMEA are looking for an accomplished Client Asset Oversight Specialist to join the established CASS Team in Manchester. This team is responsible for ensuring conformance with CAS regulations, across 3 entities. 4 days onsite and 1 day remote.
- Deep knowledge of CAS regulations and client asset oversight
- Good knowledge of FCA CASS regulations / CASS rulebook
- Thorough knowledge of Irish and UK regulations 1 through to 8 or 9 on FCA book – should have good familiarity
- Trends and analysis on potential CASS breaches
- Giving guidance to senior management on CASS
- Presenting at various committees on CASS
- Ensuring regulatory requirements are met and creating insolvency packs
- Working closely with external auditors and internal stakeholders
- Prepare MI packs and information for various committees
- Provide Technical advisory FCA – regulatory reporting / 12 principles of FCA upheld
- Knowledge of client asset rulebook
- Custody and clearing background or similar
- Will have to present to potential clients on how CASS works – pitch, run the workshop with the client. But day to day client interaction is limited
- Good knowledge of reconciliation management
- Break management. Day to day shortfall protection
