Atrium EMEA is looking for several Representatives to support in the Cash processing, Client processing, fund accounting, corporate actions and Fund transfer areas. These roles are based in Manchester and require 4 days onsite a week with 1 day remote. Multiple roles available across a number of business teams.
- Manage and maintain transaction processing activities across asset transfer capture and repair.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure accurate and timely execution of transactions.
- Address and resolve client inquiries related to transactions, ensuring highâquality service delivery.
- Support the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and controls.
- Ability to work with precision and ownership in a highâvolume environment.
- Clear, inclusive communication and a commitment to client service.
- Proactive problemâsolving and willingness to learn new tools, including AIâenabled solutions.
- Teamwork mindset with curiosity to improve processes.
- Experience in transaction management within financial services operations or wealth operations.
- Knowledge/experience across corporate actions, fund transfer, client processing, cash processing, fund accounting, fund reporting or financial reporting.
- High school/secondary education or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's degree welcomed but not mandatory.
- Several years of total work experience helpful; we value transferable skills and diverse experiences.
- Demonstrable interest in continuous learning and process improvements, including the use of digital tools and AI.
