Atrium Global is partnering with a Tier 1 banking organisation to hire an experienced Senior Executive Administrative Assistant to support their Global Investment Banking team.

  • Arranging conference calls and video conferences across multiple time zones
  • Booking and coordinating complex domestic and international business travel
  • Processing expenses using Concur in line with company policies
  • Building strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, assistants, and external client contacts
  • Taking ownership of professional telephone communications and queries
  • Supporting team offsites, events, and logistics planning
  • Providing cover for the wider administrative team during holidays or peak periods

Proven administrative support experience within financial services or a fast-paced corporate environment, ideally investment banking.

High proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to multitask.
