Atrium EMEA are looking for an accomplished Executive Assistant to work onsite for an Investment bank in London. You will be supporting many Senior Stakeholders, Bankers and Traders and must have previously worked in the Investment Banking arena. This is an opportunity to apply organisational skills in a fast‐paced, dynamic and successful business. We are looking for an individual that is hard‐working, has a positive attitude and a self‐starting nature. The role is 4 days onsite with 1 day remote and is a PAYE position, with a likelihood to extend or transition into a permanent role for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Diary management, including organising internal/external meetings
- Arranging conference calls and video conferences internally and externally
- Booking and making all necessary arrangements for complex domestic and international business travel
- Handling expenses using Concur system – with a general understanding of the bank's policies
- Develop knowledge of SLT/Team clients, transactions and specific individuals
- Establish professional and effective communication at all levels with internal stakeholders, assistants in your area and cultivating relationships with external clients and their assistants
- Handling sensitive and confidential material and information
- Manage professional responses to telephone calls, taking ownership of queries
- Management of email system, prioritising and responding where appropriate
- Team offsite and event planning. Coverage for vacation across the admin support team
- Be used to dealing with challenging situations and able to support and diffuse escalating conflicts
Required Experience & Skills
- Experience working within an Investment Banking environment
- Excellent communication skills at all levels, written and verbally
- Excellent computer skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Confidence at dealing with people of all levels both internally and externally
- Proactive style and ability to work independently and as a team player
- Capable to multitask and prioritise
- Capable to work efficiently in a pressurised environment
- Strong planning/organizational and interpersonal skills
- Professional/confident manner
