Contract Role – Cardiology Business Systems Analyst – UK/Ireland (50% travel)– 12 months
The Cardiology Business Systems Analyst is responsible for creating and delivering high quality system solutions for our customers. Consult with users and specialists to define business processes, perform analysis and serve as business liaisons to understand and refine requirements.
Role Overview:
- Location: UK/Ireland (50% travel but can be very flexible)
- Contract Type: Contract
- Duration: 12 months
- Key requirement for this role: Cardiology Clinical Experience
Responsibilities include:
- Echo reporting configuration and training for customers
- Applications training for customers
- Haemo, Cath Reporting and BCIS data entry configuration and training for customers
- Workflow customisation and design to hospital customers
- Work closely with customers to benchmark, design, plan and implement optimal Haemodynamic and Cardiac Clinical Reporting solutions
- Support the installation, servicing and repair of complex clinical equipment and systems
- Check and approve operational quality of system equipment prior to clinical use
- Instruct customers in the operation and maintenance of the system
- Serve as company liaison with customer on clinical and technical matters for assigned projects
- Resolve clinical/technical problems, analyse and evaluate issues that may occur during implementation
- Test, benchmark and verify that the implemented system is error-free and functional prior to delivery to the customer
- Participate in Change Healthcare Cardiology User Group meetings and forums
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Diagnostic Cardiology procedures
