This is not an IAM generalist role. We are looking for a true Silverfort Subject Matter Expert to own, operate, and evolve Silverfort as an enterprise identity service within a large, complex financial services environment. If your experience is limited to “working alongside” Silverfort, vendor demos, or light exposure, this role will not be suitable.

The Role

  • Act as the primary authority on Silverfort architecture, agentless MFA, and policy design.
  • Own Silverfort as a live, enterprise service (not a POC or short-term implementation).
  • Advise on architecture, design decisions, integrations, and enhancements.
  • Lead escalated technical issues and work directly with vendors and senior stakeholders.
  • Integrate Silverfort with IAM, PAM, MFA, Active Directory, and wider security services.
  • Produce clear technical and non-technical documentation.
  • Operate with a strong service mindset across Incident, Problem, and Change.
  • Hands-on, demonstrable Silverfort experience in a production environment.
  • Strong IAM fundamentals (Access Management, PAM, MFA).
  • Deep Active Directory knowledge (LDAP, Kerberos, NTLM, RADIUS).
  • Solid understanding of authentication flows, networking, firewalls, and proxies.
  • Experience advising on architecture and policy design, not just BAU support.
