Duration: 5 months
Deliver regulatory, technology-driven, and client-led change initiatives that support Client Reporting for institutional clients and regulated fund ranges.
Manage a portfolio of change requests and projects across the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, analysis, planning, testing, implementation, and handover.
Identify and implement solutions that mitigate risk, increase automation, standardize processes, and reduce cost.
Partner closely with clients and prospective clients to support new business opportunities and client-driven reporting enhancements.
Monitor and report on project progress, escalating delays, issues, and risks in a timely manner.
Drive best-practice approaches to change management by challenging existing ways of working and coaching team members where appropriate.
Produce high-quality documentation, including business requirements, technical specifications, procedure documents, and process flows.
Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to support successful implementation of change initiatives.
