Atrium UK is looking for several Senior Benefits Analysts with extensive knowledge and experience of EMEA and UK wide benefits to support a large Pharma client in Chester. This is a 12 month PAYE role and you will need to be in the office 50% of the time.
Support with benefits administration. Any additional languages helpful, not essential. £22ph PAYE
Essential:- Benefits administration and analysis for UK and Europe
- Benefits renewals/ Enrolment communications
- Benefits operations and policy development
- One role requires fluent Italian and the other fluent Spanish, as well as fluent English
- Used to a fast-paced environment
- Organized and detail oriented
- Culturally sensitive and open minded (working with people in various countries)
- Able to navigate the unknown and come up with potential alternative solutions to present to the business
- Demonstrated analytical abilities and attention to detail
- General knowledge and understanding of HR policies, processes, regional Employment Laws and Benefits legislative requirements for the relevant region
- Proficiency in Excel, particularly vlookups and pivot tables, and other Microsoft Office applications
- Experience working in a rapid, fast-moving environment which is both complex and changing, together with the ability to successfully manage multiple competing tasks and priorities
- Experience working in a multi-cultural/multi-country work environment
- Ability to network across a global organization in order to align with organization objectives and strategy
- Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset
